- Less than 3 Days (72 hours) Before Your Scheduled Move: The deposit will be forfeited due to the difficulty in rescheduling resources on short notice.
Rescheduling Policy:
- More than 3 Days (72 hours) Before Your Scheduled Move: You may reschedule your move without any additional deposit.
- Less than 3 Days (72 hours) Before Your Scheduled Move: Rescheduling within this timeframe may require an additional deposit.
Force Majeure:
- In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable events beyond your control, we will work with you to reschedule your move with only a deposit adjustment, depending on the new schedule.
