Accurate Estimates: Our team of movers provides upfront clear estimates based on various factors including how the client packed their contents, the size and weight of the items that need to be moved, and the accessibility of the loading and unloading zones. If the move exceeds the estimated time by more than 3 hours, an additional charge will apply at the hourly rate until the move is completed.

3. Customized Moving Contracts: For local residential moves or office moves within 160km, clients can request an estimated cost agreed upon with an  Movers Cochrane Representative. We provide a customized Moving Contract Agreement prior to the moving day for added assurance.

4. Visual Estimates: For small local moves, we offer approximate costs over the phone. However, for long-distance moves, we recommend a visual estimate, which involves a specific fee and takes about 30 to 60 minutes at the location. Upon booking the move with us, the fee will be credited towards your moving cost.
